How much does it cost and how long does it go?
The programme was set up for a period of 3 to 6 months. Depending on the maturity of the company and the objectives set during the assessment phase, the upskilling phase of the programme lasts between 1 and 3 months. The subsequent, optional but highly recommended co-creation phase has a cancellation period of 3 months
Why should I invest in the skills of my teams?
Especially when mistakes can be traced back to a lack of expertise, investing in your own team is usually more cost-effective than the impact of these mistakes. When recruiting new staff, it is also more efficient to rely on the rapid upskilling of less experienced engineers than to pay high starting salaries to seniors over a longer period of time
What is the difference between you and others?
We have built up our practical experience in more than 10 years of working for well-known Microsoft consulting companies. Since 2019, we have been operating our own video and event platform that meets the high demands of the automotive and insurance industries. The day-to-day work between customers and our own platform teaches us the tools to pass this knowledge on to you
How many people can take part in the program?
The individual workshops during the programme are limited to a maximum of 10 participants in order to be able to respond personally to everyone. The costs of the programme are independent of the participating individuals
What is the difference to online courses?
Online courses provide a good theoretical basis, but they are not good at imparting practical and experiential knowledge. Our programme consists of 50% theory and 50% practice. The practical part is worked on independently and leaves behind at least one functioning PoC that can be used internally
